OUR SERVICES

We provide assessment and therapy for toddlers, school-aged children, and teenagers to support the development and growth of communication skills. For toddlers, early intervention focuses on building foundational skills before starting school. For school-aged children and teenagers, therapy targets speech, language, social, and literacy skills to support their academic and social skills.

Our therapy approach is highly individualised — we use your child’s strengths and interests to make sessions engaging, meaningful, and enjoyable. We believe therapy should be a place where children feel safe, supported, and motivated to grow.

We take the time to understand your child’s needs. We provide tailored reports and recommendations that reflect their goals, family priorities, and everyday life at home, school, and within the community.

At Songbird Speech Language Pathology, we value your voice and your child’s voice equally. Every step of their journey is a shared one. You’re all at the heart of every decision we make, every goal we set, and every success we celebrate.

Augmentative Alternative Communication (AAC)

We work with families to find the best way for your child to communicate, tailored to fit your child’s needs and your family’s routines. We also work with teachers to create supportive classroom strategies that help your child feel heard and understood.

Social Interactions

We help children find the tools they need to connect, communicate, and form meaningful relationships with others. Focusing on the social rules of language, pragmatic language, and navigating the social world with confidence and authenticity.
